AI personal training

A training plan that survives contact with your actual week.

MyTrainer writes a program around your goal, your schedule, the equipment you can reach and the injuries you're working around — then changes it when something comes up.

What it does

Built around your constraints, not a template

Most plans assume an ideal week. This one is written from what you actually told it, and rewritten when that changes.

Talk to your coach

Ask for a change in plain language — move a session, work around a busy week, shift your rest days. The coach proposes the change and you approve it before anything moves.

Progress you can see

Log every set — weight, reps, distance, duration — and see your history and consistency without doing arithmetic.

Injuries and equipment

Tell it what hurts and what you have access to. Those constraints shape the program from the first day, not as an afterthought.

Form guides

Setup, execution and the common mistakes for any exercise in your plan, written for the goal you're actually training toward.

Works without signal

Your program and logs live on your phone, so a dead spot in the gym doesn't matter. Everything syncs to your account when you're back online.

Bring your old program

Already running push/pull/legs or a 5×5? Say so during setup and your new plan keeps that shape instead of starting from scratch.

How it works

Four steps, then it gets out of your way

1

Answer a few questions

Goal, experience, how many days you have, what equipment, what hurts. Two minutes.

2

Get your program

A full weekly plan, written around those answers — reviewed by you before it's saved.

3

Train and log

Work the session, log each set as you go. It takes seconds and it's what makes the rest work.

4

Adjust as life happens

Ask the coach to change the plan when your week changes. You approve every change.

Plainly

What it isn't

Worth being clear about, because plenty of fitness apps aren't.
